The
vocational guidance and career planning services of the employment offices help
you find answers to questions related to career choice, employment, education
and training. The objective of the services is to assess your capacities,
objectives and alternatives related to education, training and employment and
help you make a career plan that best matches your situation. You will specify
your own targets and a psychologist will assist you in finding the right solutions
by contributing their knowledge of career, education and training choices as
well as professional and occupational development.
These
services are intended for both young people and adults. When necessary, various
support measures can be used, including aptitude tests, work and training
try-outs or medical examinations.
Various online services have also been developed to
support independent initiative in career planning. They provide access to
information about training and employment opportunities and ways of assessing
your own interests and objectives. You will also receive information and advice
about education, training and working life from the Educational and Vocational
Information Service of the employment offices.
